Returns and Refunds

Due to the personal nature of the essences, there are no returns or refunds.

If we make an error in shipping, we’ll make it right. If the bottle was damaged, please take photos and email them to hello @ doorstojoy.com. We will proceed from there.

Shipping

Please make sure you have the correct address entered. We are not responsible for items sent to the address you provided, but is incorrect.

We ship everything first class. Currently in padded envelopes.

We only ship to USA addresses.
